After using FTP to transfer some files into the public_html folder on Stoli, yesterday, there was a problem with accessing the files. Today, the files appear in the public_html folder and are now accessible. The files were transfered to the Public_html, but I guess it took a while for all of them to come on line.
Today, the directory path, /home/lucia1/ seems to be broken. The physical directory path appears to be /home/lucia1/public_html in the Cpanel file manager. I cannot reach the /home/lucia1/ portion of the path. Although I can click on /public_html, I cannot move up to/ home/lucia1/. Can someone check to see if this is a server problem and let me know. I cannot locate any information that alludes to this problem.
