Unaddressed requests for support

Is there anyone with x10hosting trying to help its users. The requesting unsuspension forum is filled with unanswered requests. I get that its free but its been forever since anyone was addressed. I can see why people make second accounts which you also forbid. Make a mistake and you're left in limbo with no recourse really really sucks. I was so happy to have your service then this happened. Unfortunately, I doubt this will get anymore attention than my original post but I had to say my peace and thought you might look at one not in the punishment black hole you send us to for requesting unsuspension. Thanks...

I apologize your post was missed I have replied.

Note that all of the other post in the last ~ 30 days from the unbanned request forums are valid suspensions / bans. approx. 75% of the users requesting said unsuspension's are aware of the malintent they did and do not warrant any reply. Again, I apologize yours may have been overlooked but we do require the information requested.
