Under construction question

Hi guys.
I want to redesign my website, and I want to take it offline for a week or two, but with a under construction page showing as an index.html file.
Is this ok, or is my account going to be suspended when I do this?

As long as you have the ads up on that page and a breif message stating when the site went down and when it will be back online this should be fine.
