Unexpected Text vBulletin 4.1.2 installing 89% Aborted

hey , when i'm installing vBulletin 4.1.2 i stopped in 89%
and got this error

Unexpected Text: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1252"?> <?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1252"?> <error>XML Error: %1$s at Line %2$s</error>

i tried to upload files again but still the same
so i hope someone help me :frown:
