Please, could someone tell me what happened to my account?

Also if you could please tell me if there`s a backup of my website/database, I have no offline backup and I`ve spent so many time editing it :(

Note: I haven`t accessed x10hosting/cPanel for a long time, maybe 2+ months, I`ve seen similar threads where this was the reason. Could my website still be restored?

Thank you.

Unfortunately if your cPanel name matches your forum username, it does look like the account was erased early in the morning on 1-25 after remaining under a suspension for 27 days; the termination software looks to have been running slow or this would have actually been erased on the 19th. With the account having been terminated, all files/databases that were present on the account were erased, and we don't have a way to restore them once that happens. While you can recreate the account with the same domain, it would be blank; the best I can recommend is to ensure you make backups in the future, just in case they become needed.

Didn't received even an email warning me about that.

I know that it's a free service, but didn't had to treat free members like that.

From x10hosting's free-hosting "Terms of Service" (TOS)...

5. System Backups
Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the terms outlined on this page*.

I haven`t accessed x10hosting/cPanel for a long time, maybe 2+ months
6. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 21 day period and then removed from our servers (terminated). Inactive accounts can be automatically re-instated by the account owner without staff intervention via the account portal within 21 days of suspension

Didn't received even an email warning me about that.
while you did no receive a Email - that does not say two (2) or more were not sent to the Email address that was on file for your account

I know that it's a free service, but didn't had to treat free members like that.
you did not comply with the TOS - (i.e. "Login to the account portal at least once every 30 days")

Was going to add, like bdistler indicated, we do send emails out to notify both that the account is about to go inactive, and that the account was suspended, however they may have been marked as spam or rejected by the email provider. In either of those two cases, it would unfortunately be beyond our control.
