Sorry, but it looks like your account was deleted a month ago due to prolonged inactivity. It was suspended after 31 days of inactivity, and then terminated after a further 21 days of inactivity. We cannot recover your old account, but if you sign in to your control panel, you should be asked to make a new one.

Thank you that is what I was seeing too.

Looking at my email history, my last email reminder to log in was back in May, so your timeline fits. I would have logged in around May 20th or so. And now it is past 31 days, not sure it is past 21 days after that though.

Any idea why I wouldn't have received a similar email reminder to login in June? And there isn't an appeal process or something that I can go through to try to recover the old account?

"terminated" is to say all files and databases were deleted by the system (computer) - NO backups are made
