I know I had an account with x10hosting in the past, and let it expire. I am not able to create a new account or login with my current e-mail address. Whenever I try to create a new account, it says that I already have one. If I try to log into the account I get the above message. I have the same results with 2 of my email addresses mantei64@gmail.com and scifigeek64@gmail.com . What can I do, short of using yet another different e-mail address?

I had the same problem but went through creating a new account with the old email and it recognised that it was an old email address and let me use it. Now I just need to somehow get my website back
