Unjustified Suspension

Hi.

I am the owner of digimongenesis.elementfx.com and have been logging into these forums at least weekly. However, every day my account gets suspended with the reason being that I haven't been logging in to the forums for the past fortnight. This is really annoying as I have been having to click 'unsuspend account' on a daily basis. And now, to make matters worse, it's now saying my hosting account no longer exists! Have I been deleted, or is it just the suspension system acting up?

I would really appreciate any help to get my site back up and running...

I'm on ad-enhanced (I think that would be 'Stoli' - not sure...)

...So... Was the hosting deleted by accident? Or was it suspended unfairly? And can it be fixed?

I would really appreciate it if someone was to look into this issue for me.

Your account has not been deleted. For now, the AdEnhanced server is Stoli.

According to the suspended page system, it has been. Whenever I go to digimongenesis.elementfx.com it redirects to staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ - and when I enter my username into this, I get the following:

Error:
The hosting account does not exist. It may have been terminated.

...So - why is this? And can it please be fixed? Thanks...

This is due to the server transfers.
Our suspension system is setup for the new servers, you are on the old servers.
If you would like your account unsuspended, please make a post in Suspended Accounts, also add the name of the server you are on.
