Umm a little help please. I haven't a clue what is going on with my account. Another thing is that my website/account is offline more than it is online at some times it seems.

Can I have your cPanel username please? Also do you happen to have the development package or a paid package?

I have the corporate add-enhanced package and my username is bigsmoke.
