Unknown sistem resource trouble

Hi, i write to you because in a period 30 min my account has been banned 3 times in a row. All i did before that was uploading a pdf and posting in the forum a link to download that hasnt worked. at the first warning i deleted the file and the post. but the warining came again, i cheked again but the 2º warring and the 3º one came. Now my account has been suspended i can acces to the webpage and also dont know where the trouble started from. If possible contact to me to see if i can solve this situation. Thanks
