I suggest that you stop giving hacking tutorials in your site. From the TOS:

* Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

So far, you don't meet all of the requirements to lift the limits on your account. You can re-request it after you've brought your site in line with the TOS.
