You'll have to wait for your current account to delete itself. Making any changes to a permanently suspended account is not allowed, and we don't speed up the deletions of permanently suspended accounts.

Your account was permanently suspended for uploading a phishing page to the account; when this happened, all access was revoked, and the account frozen. We can't unpark the domain, but you should still be able to go back to the domain registrar and change the nameservers to use the domain elsewhere. If you need to use it on another x10hosting service, you'll have to wait for this account to terminate after a minimum of 14 days after suspension (it's automatic and we can't expedite it).
