Unsuccessful logging in to cpanel several days [Fris]

Hi,

The status update mentions a current cpanel issue on Fris to do with adding domains etc. But I can't even login - every time I get a login failed error. I was assuming it was all just part of the recent server software upgrade thingy, but now wondering .... ?

I've just tried resetting my forum / account password. That was successful - and the new password works on both the forum and the member account panel, but I'm still getting the same "Login Attempt Failed!" message trying to login to cpanel.

Is it time to open a support ticket?

Two quick questions.

1. Have you tried getting to cPanel through the Account Panel?

2. What URL are you using to get to the cPanel logon page?

Yes - I have tried going through the account panel as well.

URL I'm using is fris.x10hosting.com:2082 . Also tried ....:2083 (https), and also tried http://fullofgraceandtruth.net:2082/ [my domain]

Problem: Updating of password does not seem to fix the problem. Please reset the cPanel password manually for him.
