Unsupending account (due to inactivity)

First off, yes I have the read guide and it's not working for me.

I get this error message when trying to reactivate it at the page the guide specified.

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

If you have successfully logged into the account system in the past, this error may be the result of the hosting account no longer existing. If you have not accessed your x10Hosting account in an extended period of time, it may have been terminated with our inactivity policy.

If you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again.

Your forum account is not linked to a hosting account. Please respond to this stating your cpanel username and a member of staff can check what is happening.

Due to irresponsibility it appears that I lost the information on the cPanel account. At first I was always able to access that information at the site login so all the information was there.

My cPanel account is either "andymanusa" or simply "andy".
My original "andrewsweb.exofire.net" domain appears to no longer exist.

If this is not undo-able then kindly request that my account be deleted in hopes that I can remake it. If you (staff personnel) do so please let me know by email. (which is available to staff to view I think?)

Neither cPanel username seems to exists, therefore, there is nothing else this level of support can do. I will escalate this so the administration can have all the fun.
