Unsupported Language / Exception

Dear Sir,

I would like to thank you about this great panel and performance. Yes, this is the number one free hosting provider. However, the unsupported language suspension affects me. I respect your plolicy but I know that you are gentle company. For a week, I have worked on a joomla site, I have uploaded to it. I didn't backup my work. My company, which I build this site for, is depending on me. Is there any way to give me an exception for 2 monthes only. After that, We may purchase a hosting plan from your brilliant site.

If you agree to provide 1:1 translation for your site to one of the english/spanish/french languages. Then your site will be unsuspended.

We can't give exception to anybody. Once you accept and unsuspended you have to provide translation ASAP.

google or other translation services are also not allowed.

If Agree then post here that you are agreeing for translation.

Both languages Arabic and English

Dear Mr. Gasonline,

Thanks for quick response. The both langaues will be provided by the CMS site, I am developing. Arabic + English. However, the Arabic is mandatory. Is it possible to unsuspend now? or the only possible languages are : English, Spanish,French?

You can have your own language but you should have link to any one of the languages mentioned above.

I will request that you are unsuspended.

You will be re-suspended though if you are not able to follow these rules. You must keep the english translation up to date with your Arabic and it must be easy to see how to change the language to english. If you put a USA or UK flag at the top of the page, or a simple link that says "English Version" or etc for the other languages, that would be very good.

You can have any other language(s) you want, but we need to be able to see your site translated if we review your account.
