My account has been suspended. The site is in Bulgarian language and it contains recipes. I have google translate options for a couple of languages. How should I proceed now?

Hello,

Your site was suspended for being in an unsupported language, as you say. If you agree to provide a full translation to one of the supported languages (English, Spanish or French) within 48 hours, you can have your account back.
Do you agree to do this?

Thanks. :)

Thanks for the response, I didn't notice the first one and I'm sorry for that.
I do have a translation. It is a wordpress site with Gtranslate plugin, that is positioned on the slide bar (right) at the bottom of it. There are five flags, for English, German, Greek, French, Spanish and Italian. It is a blog with recipes where my relative posts everyday a different recipe, but she doesn't know English well so, she can't translate each post separately. Is google translation enough or I shall translate it manually.

Actually, google translation is not enough.
It has to be manual translation.

Pending manual translation, as MaestroFX1 says, your account is unsuspended.
You have 48 hours.

...well, I'll try. ; (

---------- Post added at 04:29 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:41 PM ----------

First it is extremely slow, I am waiting more than twenty seconds to load a page?! Anyway.

Second it IS a blog, a place where people express their own emotions, feelings and experience, how can you make someone to literally translate his own thoughts. There is everyday a new post, should I pay each day to someone a dozens or even hundreds of Euro to translate my staff. In fact, this is a discrimination. There IS a translation, who cares that it is made by google. So if I make it myself who can guaranty that it wouldn't be worse. Or I can translate only a few pages not all. And this is all about I should pay for the hosting service, I am very insulted...

If you're feeling insulted, imagine how we feel. That's in the TOS and has been since 2005 when I signed up. It's not discrimination - if we can't review the site, then how can we confirm it's in line with the terms of service?

The google translate and other automatic translations were blocked because many were incomplete - google translate and a few others have a tendency to not translate the entire document. If it translates the entire thing just fine, I don't think it'd be a problem, but if it doesn't, then it'd be up for resuspension.

I can understand being upset that there is such a restriction in place. We don't have staff fluent in every language spoken around the globe, which is the root of the problem. Given the sheer amount of abuse that comes through, I'd be more glad that unsupported language suspensions aren't one of them that is instantly permanent anymore, and that a second chance can be given.

As previously stated, you have 48 hours to put up a translation, or to remove the content that isn't in english/spanish/french.
