My account has been suspended for inactivity, though when I log into my account panel, under 'Account Information' it reads that 'your account is currently in good standing'. However, when I try to navigate to my site <xs2dan.x10hosting.com> I get a

"Internal Server Error": The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@x10stoli.x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this happens? Does this mean that the account has been unsuspended but that the website just hasn't been made live again?

Thanks!
Dan

Interesting question. Any thoughts on when people go on vacation for a couple of weeks that if there's a way to hold off on suspension because the person does not have computer access to logon per the required "two-week" period?

You either need to get a friend to log in for you, or buy the inactivity timer if you want to avoid logging in for a whole year. It only costs a couple of $ for 1 year.

I'm not sure where it is though. Perhaps in the Account Panel, under the Account Upgrades link? That link doesn't provide anything in my panel though, so maybe it's been disabled while the server upgrade work is going on?

According to a post elsewhere, the new cPanel includes a shortcut to purchase the inactivity timer - but I can't see it. Here's his screenshot ;

Anyone else know?
