Added an infraction per what I said yesterday. That's a no, it cannot be unsuspended prior to the full 24 hours passing.

I wasn't going to add the infraction until you asked -again-. Hopefully you get the point now, or we might make it to the 30 day ban tonight still.

Account unsuspended; take it upon yourself to find what is causing the high resource usage ASAP. The logs aren't helping much as there are several url's being hit that are causing the HRU, so there's not any 1 particular one that's the culprit.
