unsuspend me

What do I have to do to get unsuspended beside loging in frequently? My cpanel reads I'm active but when I open my url it reads "account suspended"...

To check why you were suspended, Login to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and then go to hosting menu --> suspensions.
If you were suspended for Inactivity, Exceeding Cron Job Limit, Resource Usage 1st Warning, or Resource Usage 2nd Warning, you can manually unsuspend yourself there

You are correct in that you are not suspended. Try to flush your computer's dns and empty your browser's cache. I hope that works.

Why are there so many ungrateful people on here?

I appreciate this is only my second post and I shouldn't really start complaining but I have used the internets before and I know how they work. :rolleyes:

The admins clearly have more important stuff to be worrying about at the moment (getting servers back online :wink:).

This hosting seems to be extremely well featured for free hosting and I'm sure they wouldn't suspend anyone too trivially.

This is completely unhelpful and inappropriate to a legitimate support request thread.


@modest, I apologize. There seems to be something wrong with your unsuspension. I'm going to go ahead and escalate this thread so that staff can help you. Just click on the yellow bar at the top to enter the second tier of your support ticket.
