unsuspend my account please

hello

i have an account with wordpress installed and multiple addons and plugins on it

and it is the second time my account is suspended

please unsuspend it and please give me some advices to prevent from blocking again

the account are blocked when they use big ressources from website ?

or when they own ressources are used ? if so accessing from old computers will be an issue
