I don't see any hosting linked to your username; if it was suspended, do you know when it was suspended?

After 14 days of being suspended it queues the account for termination; if the account has been erased, we can't recover the data on it. You're welcome to sign up for a new account, but we can't recover the old one.

How can I sign up for a new account? but under the same user name and email address ? is it possible?

Login at x10hosting.com/control, then go back to x10hosting.com and signup like normal.
