Unsuspend my account

Hello, I have a request to restore my account here at x10hosting. The username for the account is Ghkdudgk. I had not logged on since May 18th but need the account now. Apparently, I am currently listed under the getupdated server and cannot request an automated restoration of my account.

I have restored your account, please allow 24 hours for it to become fully operational again. After 24 hours if you still have issues either re-open this thread or create a new one. You can re-open this thread by clicking on the "Administrative" text at the top of the original post.

My account still does not work. The account detail does indeed say "unsuspended" but when I go into my homepage, the page says that I am still suspended. I also cannot log into my Cpanel. Help please.

It should no longer show a suspended page. To fix the login issue, login to the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control and reset your password.
