Here's the deal: if you want the account unsuspended, since this would be your 13th unsuspension, you need to fix it. That's all there is to it. The load on the server is jumping a full 2 points whenever we unsuspend the site.
If you agree to that, we can unsuspend the account. If you don't, then there's nothing we can do. If you need help getting the rogue plugins disabled, the easiest is when unsuspended, disable them from FTP by removing them from the plugins folder. Wordpress will automatically remove them as available plugins when the code isn't there.
