That account has not been suspended by us. It looks as though someone may have hacked into your account and edited the file. Does anyone else other than you know your login information?
Also, are you able to log into cPanel and connect via FTP?

yes i can. But i can not import mysql settings into phpmyadmin. It won't show database. What to do?

i wanna to import this file(http://www.sendspace.com/file/xk8kbf) into phpmyadmin. I need it to my website works! but when i try to upload it, it says : No database selected! But what database! i create database, but it not showing it!

Go down to the creating only a database section.

So you created the database, but can't see it in the left panel of phpMyAdmin?

There does appear to be a backend issue with phpMyAdmin. I'll ask an administrator to look at this ticket. I don't want to escalate it, as I think escalating only leaves the first post in the thread intact.
