Unsuspend PLEASE

I understand that i had a shoutbox, honestly today i was about to remove it, my friend signed up for x10hosting, and he said that shoutboxes were against the TOS, i did not know that until now. I'm sorry that i did not clearly read the TOS, but if i get un-suspended, i will only use an IRC client, not based on mysql. The website is very important and if i can't get it back then im screwed, i'm just starting out a game server and I drastically need a website to go with it. Hopefully you can understand my situation.
