Unsuspend request fail

Pls help to unsuspend my account kcgce.
I have submitted unsuspend request 2 hours ago, but stil in suspend status.

Sorry I still not able to access my website.
I noticed the account in unsuspended status but the website kcgce.com still redirect to suspend page.
I login cPanel it show my domain kcgce.com still redirect to unsuspend page permanently. I can't remove the redirection by myself.

Thanks for your prompt support.
However I don't think this is related to stoli server upgrade.
I can still login to mysql database for wordpress. but the webpage keep redirect to suspend page.

I have login Cpanel and look into /home/kcgce/public_html/.htaccess content which set to
RedirectMatch .* /cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

This is not my original setting. please help to restore it back to /home/kcgce/public_html/.htaccess.suspend

I have tried to update by filemanager but fail.

Are you able to edit the file via cPanel file manager?
You could try using FTP. The escalation system isn't working at the moment, or I'd escalate it to let an admin deal with it.

no. The moment I save it, the file reset back to the forwarding address.
I'll try FTP. But I doubt it will work.

I've fixed the issue. I suspended then unsuspended you again, and it seems to have gone back to normal. If you receive an email referring to a suspension, don't panic.
