unsuspend - says "active" but website link still "suspended"??

My control panel says the website should be active:
https://x10hosting.com/control/?&pl

But when I try to access the website, it shows suspended still:
http://azala.x10hosting.com

Please help!

If you can log in to your cPanel, go to File Manager and edit/delete the .htaccess file to remove the redirect to the suspension page.

Hm...cpanel is giving me a "Login Attempt Failed!" in red for every possible combination of:

username:
- azala
- azala.x10hosting.com
password:
- (my old password)
- (my new password, after I reset it with "change password")

Hosting Username azala
Hosting Server boru

Main Domain azala.x10hosting.com
