unsuspend - system error

Hi,

My account was suspended due to me not loging in for a month. Now that I know I have to, I've submitted the request to un-suspend, but it has caused an exception. See below.

Your advice would be much appreciated.

I dont know if this does have anything to do with it but this might be happening because the servers are being updates.
