Stop arguing about it. You broke rules which you agreed to when you signed up. Zubair has full authority to suspend you for violation of TOS and be very assured that he is NOT going to reverse his decision.

Phishing is in violation of Federal, State, and Local regulations in the USA. All 3. So you did quite a good job hitting all 3 in one shot
