i'm not sure if that last request sent, but could you unsuspend my account? i understand now that i need to visit this site every month, i'm new to this so couldn't work out how to do this before.

i recommend not to make any changes because changes made hereafter will not be moved over to the new server automatically.And also you may find your files are missing, but in that case don't panic, they should be safe on the new server

The old servers seem to be down, but I am not sure. The server move is now complete though, and the files are being restored. You will need to wait until the accounts are restored on the new server before you can access your account. Keep up to date on the latest status updates at http://status.x10hosting.com

Your hosting account is on Cossacks. The work on Cossacks and Lotus is 90 percent complete at last report so it should be done very soon. Best advice is to try and be patient until it is all done and things should return back to normal.
