I finnaly found the reason why my site wasn't working and I got suspended so please unsuspend me so I can delete ShoutBox thx:D

YOu had Violated our TOS and its suspended under Zero Tolerance Policy .

Hello,

Shoutboxes are not allowed via our terms of service. This is a zero tolerance suspension, and you won't be unsuspended for it.
