My Account is suspended because I used Nulled Script. But When I read the TOS, I didn't come acroos that TOS. So I didn't I knew about that. So please unsuspend my account. Please I request you...

Your account cannot be unsuspended, because this is against the zero tolerance policy. Your account is permanently suspended.

You should have read the ToS in the first place. It is very clear on the signup page.

Also, nulled scripts are against the original scripts terms and copyright. The original creator/distributor could decide to pursue charges under the DCMA.

How can I know if my script is nulled??? Is there any specific file or tag of this???

Well generally, if the original owner of the script/software is charging it, and you have managed to get it for free, then it's probably nulled. An account manager will be able to tell you specifically which file was the problem.

Nulled vBulletin was the culprit; DGT takes credit for the release.

This one's an easy one to identify: no license # present in index.php, and there are 2 files that come in a DGT release that do -not- come in a real vB install. None of this matters because the REALLY dead giveaway is you got vB for free when it costs $150. That's the giveaway - if it costs $ and you just got it for free, it ain't legal.
