unsuspended but everything messed up

hi x10-team.
my account is unsuspended now, thank you.
as i was told i added my own domain in the account management panel, with the effects that

- the new c-panel-url (www.mydomain.com:2082) is not working
- the redirect for my domain finds a 404-page on x10
- there´s no ftp-access any more (invalid user name)

my old c-panel-login (etf.x10...) is still working, but not shown in the account panel.

what is going on here?

Please in future post matters such as these in the "Free Hosting" forum.

Can I ask that you change the domain back to the default x10 subdomain you had before (etf.x10hosting.com) and then park the domain in your cPanel. You should then still be able to access http://www.mydomain.com:2082 and use mydomain.com or ftp.mydomain.com for FTP.

I see 2 issues. One you haven't removed the default index.html from your public_html folder. 2. Your website is inside a folder in the public_html folder. I would suggest removing the default index.html and moving the files from inside that folder to the public_html folder.

ok,

now i changed the domain back to the old default subdomain plus i added the top-level-domain to the "parked" ones.
and i did change the default index.html, too.

still i can´t access the webspace via ftp (neither of the hosts ftp.mysubdomain.x10hosting.com and ftp.mytopleveldomain.com works) but whatever, this probably just needs some more boggling around, i am pretty sure that i will get the ftp to work somehow...

Please try using this ip for for the ftp.. 74.86.116.187
