unsuspended but still suspended ?

When I access my webpage, it says Your hosting account is suspended but when I log into the Control Panel, it says Unsuspended since June 18th, while I come back everyday to see if it works and it does not.

Need your help please. Until then, I thought your service was reliable but as a friend of mine just told me, I might consider using a real web host...

Help me out please!

Problem: System shows him as not suspended, but his website returns the x10 suspension page

Ok. Will escalate this to a Support Ticket.


THIS WILL CLOSE THE THREAD.

But you can follow the ticket by clicking the yellow bar that will appear at the top OR by logging into your x10 Account Panel.
