unsuspended cpanel login failed

my account was recently unsuspended, but i'm unable to login to cpanel at

also, what is the ftp host address?

the FTP address of your hosting account is usualy your domain using your Cpanel Login.

so, whitebus.x10hosting.com is your FTP, and your password is your password.

the IP combined with ur account pass and user also works. At least, it does for me.

ftp not working with ie, maybe i'll try a real ftp client.

I suggest FileZilla, its free and works perfect.

ok, i was in and going through the getting started wizard when it booted me and wouldn't let me back in.
Edit:
filezilla is getting authentication fail with both passwords.
(I'll try again after work)
