You can have your site in a language other than English, French, or Spanish, however you MUST provide a 1:1 translation for every page on your account. Also, you cannot use a automatic service which includes, but is not limited to Google Translate (Google Language Tools).

Another quick point -- the translation must be obvious and easily accessible. Many people use images of flags at the top of the page to represent the supported languages. Another common way to do this is a drop down box and some javascript or plain and simple links.

If the person reviewing your account can not figure out how to translate your page into a supported language, you will be suspended again.
