Unsuspended website still blocked??

I receive the following the following e-mail.

Your services have been temporarily suspended for inactivity, but you can remove this suspension immediately by logging in to https://x10hosting.com/login, clicking on the service that is suspended, and clicking the unsuspend button.

I completed the unsuspend procedure and my account is now shown as ACTIVE.

When I try to open my website I still get the Account Suspended notice a day later.
Unsuspend hasn't worked so what do I do next?

I can see your service is active at this time.

If you still see this suspended you may need to update your local browse cache /DNS
