Unsuspending my account

hi im trying to unsuspend my account however i KEEP getting a message saying:

"Hosting Unsuspension
submitted July 29 at 10:06 pm

Unsuspension of your hosting account.

A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: D5740FD4"


WHY? every time i try it fails and i get this....



my code i get is also: DyHebcqnoeNW

PLEASE unsuspend my account. Thank you.

Don't bump your thread, like the stickied topic says!

Right now staff are working from OLDEST reply first, so when you bump it, you send yourself to the back of the queue.

ok no problem, will wait. How long on average does this take? also why do we get these error codes when submitting a request to unsuspend the account? it looks to me like my request hasnt gone through at all, this seems to be a VERY common problem here as well...

They aren't going through because you were suspended before the server move; at the moment your account doesn't actually exist on the server because it needs to be manually restored. Part of the move involved skipping all suspended accounts, which made it faster, but leaves anyone needing an unsuspension in need of a restore as well.

Ok so it needs a restore, do X10 know this? do they know i need it sorting, if my requests do not get through and all i get is an error code?

Sorry to be a pest but im really worried, this ftp i use with X10 needs daily use from now on and it needs to be active asap (

Just let it float to the back; staff know to check the ones asking for unsuspend to see if they need a restore too. Any account suspended on or before 7/16 needs to be restored for the unsuspend to work (yours was suspended right on 7/16).
