unsuspened my account and cpanel login

I have got a warning for my account being suspended for inactivity, i would like my account unsuspened, so i can continue working with my website. I would also like to know why i cant login to my cpanel account, i have tried a few different ways, i have followed the ways on the forums, i have changed my account password, i have tried both passwords. can you help me with both of these problems.

Have you tried logging into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and unsuspending yourself there? When your account is suspended, it doesn't allow you to log into your cPanel.

Remember, it is required to log into the forums here at least once every 31 days to keep your hosting account active.

I went on the forums yesterday and its still suspended today, and i have logged in through that page, clicked hosting then clicked suspensions and when i try to click the details or unsuspension nothing will happen the page will just refresh and nothing has changed.
