You are suspended for "Phishing", which usually means that you had pages that were meant to trick visitors into entering information that you are not entitled to.

Such activity is against x10hosting's TOS and is part of the Zero Tolerance Policy. So, no excuses. And your hosting account will remain suspended. You will not be able to download or delete any files or databases. After 10 days, everything will be deleted.

You are allowed to appeal the suspension if you feel that you did not break the TOS (Terms of Service). You must show the pages in question are not "phishing" pages. Claiming that someone else uploaded them or that they were for "testing" will not do.

Based on the way that's worded it sounds like you're saying you knew and it's your fault; as such it's not un-suspendable. Period. It's in violation of numerous US Federal Laws to have a phishing site up, which puts x10hosting at risk. So, to protect all the members of x10 not in violation of the TOS or that many laws, the site must remain suspended.
