Unsuspension and account blocked

Hi Support Team,

My account was suspended on Monday for have not accessed in 45 days to the control panel. I have accessed today and Unsuspend it. It's now showing as Active. But it hasn't been reenabled.

When I try to access to the Hosting Control Panel, I get that the account is disabled. I also don't have FTP access.

Could you please restore the service?
