My former request ticket was closed, but an admin told me that I got unsuspended and to wait 24 hours to see if everything was fine. I couldn't re-open my last ticket since I don't have those "Administrative" tools that are supposed to allow to unlock a thread.
Anyways, my account status is still "Suspended", though I can visit my website and it seems to work. The only difference is that my server now shows up as Starka instead of "getupdated" since I supposedly got unsuspended. In addition I still can't log-in to cPanel, even though I wen through the change password process.
Don't know if relevant, but my former add-on domain is not working, it sends me to that defaultwebpage.cgi. Can't log-in to cPanel at the moment to see what the issue is, but thought I mentioned it just in case.
