unsuspension Error Code: FCA98CE1

Hello. I've tried to create an unsuspension ticket for my account but everytime i check the status it always says that an error has occured. An this happens everytime i try to create a new ticket... I'd like to know what's the problem here, what do i have to do? or if you can manually Unsuspend my account please.
