Unsuspension Error

I failed on visiting the Forum monthly and my account was suspended.
I tryed the automatic unsuspension method, but i got an error message.
Could you unsuspend the account, please?

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
