unsuspension failed

I've been trying to unsuspend my account with no luck. Can you please tell me what the problem could be? my forum user is uvmqro and my domain is:

Your Forums Account is not linked with any hosting account.

If you are inactive from a long time.. Then your accounts already suspended.

You are free to create a new account.

Thanks, my cpanel account is valle76, is it possible to reactivate the account I really don't want to loose the information.

There is no account named valle76 in system.. as I said before it is already terminated after 10 days in suspension state.

You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity.
Remember cpanel or account panel Login does not counted
