Unsuspension failed

My service is suspended due to inactivity:
This service is suspended: Inactivity Suspension. Users are required to sign in every 30 days.
This suspension can be lifted immediately by clicking the unsuspend button.

After clicking the unsuspend button, it shows:
Unsuspension failed. Please refresh the page and try again.

Tried logging out and log back in, restarting computer and changing browsers.

Account on main site is active now but still shows "Your account is disabled" on the hosting control panel
