Unsuspension help

I haven't been online lately as I have been working on another project but I am trying to unsuspend my self from inactivity but it keeps returning an error BFE5BBFE. Please unsuspend my account.

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
