I have submitted a request for un-suspension of my x10hosting account on 10/01/2009, which has been noted in the suspension report in my account. It is followed be the words 'not applicable'.
Can you please tell me why this is and tell me how my account my be re-activated?

Your request for unsuspension was approved and you were automatically unsuspended. The words "Not Applicable" appear after your unsuspension has occurred, because a suspension description is no longer applicable. Your account has already been re-activated and is in a usable condition.
