Hi, Good day, I am just wondering if you could help me regarding the suspension of my account from x10hosting I always get this automatic suspension from x10hosting for having high cpu usage and i don't know what causes that, I just have my wordpress blog hosted on it...

This sort of suspension in WordPress is almost definitely caused by trying to use a caching or other resource heavy plugin. You can unsuspend yourself through the account panel normally, although I have done it this time.
What I recommend you do now is disable all unnecessary plugins and then work through them until you have a setup that doesn't cause these suspensions and also has the functions you want.
