Unsuspension request: file hosting

Hi,
My account has been suspended with a file hosting notification.
What is the best way to solve this, and what is the best way to make sure this doesn't repeat?

The suspension is zero tolerance policy, So account remains suspended. Avoiding these kind Suspensons is to follow TOS.

Is there any place where I could which file(s) or action(s) is/are the culprit?

I've found the ToS, had a quick look and now understand what was the problem.
The first question remains, still: if I go back and make sure the website complies with the ToS can it be used again?
Or does this mean than that I won't be able to use x10hosting any more?

The current account is gone. You won't get your data back. It will be deleted eventually.

You can use but it takes time to terminate first account and time frame is not certain.

Thank you for your patience already, gsonline.
My problem was that I had some files that I wanted to give access to some people but not others, and didn't know how to setup a password protected area.
Is there any one else I could try to talk to to have another review of this situation?

Your account was suspended manually by our Staff.So its a final Decision. Yours is permanent suspension.
I hope its clear.
